COOLplus Technology– The secret behind this technology is infrared (IR) reflective pigment technology. IR radiation is a component of sunlight that causes molecular vibration, which translates into heat. The COOLplus range of synthetic lawns, does not absorb IR radiation, meaning that the synthetic grass heats up slower than traditional synthetic grass, which leads to lower surface temperatures in direct sunlight.

Cool-Off Infill works by using moisture or hydration to cool the surface of the grass. As the lawn is heated by the sun, moisture stored in the Cool-Off is released and the evaporative moisture removes heat, leaving the surface cool. Rainfall, dew or reticulation can help keep the grass cool for days.
Cool-Off is very easy to apply and easy to use! Cool-Off is an infill product and can be applied to newly installed synthetic grass or existing fake lawn, the same as putting in your sand infill, just sprinkle on using a sand spreader or by hand and mix it in with a broom. Once hydrated it can last for days, slowly releasing moisture and cooling surface temperatures by 30-50 degrees.
Cool-Off absorbs moisture so rainfall, dew or simple watering immediately resets the process and puts you in control. Cool-Off means you can now have artificial grass in your back yard or sports arena, where before you were concerned about the heat.
