DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery Locations
All Seasons Synthetic Turf can provide deliveries to multiple Australian states. If your desired shipping method is approved by the ASST team, we will use our assigned freight team, to safely deliver your purchases.
Processing Your Order
After placing an order with All Season Synthetic Turf, we will calculate and assess the shipping costs and send the final invoice to you via email. Once you are happy to proceed and have paid the invoice, we will then process the order at one of our facilities.
Please note, all orders must be sent to a physical address, PO boxes can not be selected as a shipping option.
Tracking Orders
All orders from All Seasons Synthetic Turf will have tracking information that will be sent directly to your provided email address.
If you have requested to collect your purchase at one of our facilities, we will contact you when it is available to be picked up, using our fast drive through option.
Delivery Times
Deliveries from All Seasons Synthetic Turf will typically dispatch all orders between Monday and Friday.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time may vary depending on the weight of your purchase and the State you reside in.
Prices And Payment
Prices of shipping will be provided once your synthetic turf order has been placed. No money will be processed from your account throughout this time, as shipping costs will need to be added into the invoice prior to any payments.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
All Seasons Synthetic Turf does not offer ANY ‘change of mind’ returns and refunds, across all products purchased on the official All Seasons Synthetic Turf website. We will always ensure that we pack your order/s with the greatest of care and consideration of safety, however, if your purchased item/s that have been purchased from the All Seasons Synthetic Turf website do not arrive in the condition as advertised, please contact us by phone on 1300 931 443 or email on [email protected] and we will provide a suitable conclusion.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
All Seasons Synthetic Turf offers a warranty policy for each individual product. Each warranty policy can be found on each product information section, across the All Season Synthetic Turf website.
With any warranty claims, you will be required to produce the original invoice and receipt, to confirm your order and the date your purchase was made. For any warranty claims, please contact us by phone on 1300 931 443. You will then need to provide your proof of purchase documents to successfully submit a claim.
Please note that All Seasons Synthetic Turf is not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt, to facilitate a warranty claim. You must retain all receipts and purchase documentation.
The product must not have been misused, adjusted, modified or serviced by any other person or organisation, other than an official representative of All Seasons Synthetic Turf.
All our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure & compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage of the product/s.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, All Seasons Synthetic Turf has no liability for, and is not required to provide Warranty Services under this Warranty if it relates to:
- Mis-using the product or any of its accessories in any way.
- Operating the product in a manner that is not in accordance with any instructions provided by All Seasons Synthetic Turf.
- Tampering with the product in any way otherwise stated by a representative from All Seasons Synthetic Turf.
- Not having taken reasonable steps to prevent damage or failure from occurring to the product.
- Repairing or carrying out work on the product by any person or organisation other than an authorised representative of All Seasons Synthetic Turf.
- Accidental damage to the product in any way (spills, rips, fire damage, vermin & insect infestation, inadequate voltage or damage caused by a human or animal.
- Products with serial numbers that have been altered or removed in any way.
International Shipping Policy
At All Seasons Synthetic Turf, we welcome any international shipping from our online store. With ASST being based in Australia, international shipping prices on ALL orders will need to be evaluated and confirmed before they are processed. Once you have purchased from the All Seasons Synthetic Turf online store, we will send you an invoice to your provided email address, with the shipping cost attached. Once this invoice has been paid, we will process your order to the overseas address provided.
