Do It Yourself – Is becoming extremely popular for those trying to keep to a budget or for the DIY enthusiast. All Seasons Synthetic Turf has a full range of Australian made artificial grasses available for you to choose from, all our fake lawns are Australian made using Australian APTA Yarn.
We can give you piece of mind that you are buying a quality Australian made Synthetic turf, made in Australia using Australian yarn designed specifically for our harsh climate. We hear so many horror stories of consumers, succumbing to a very pushy salesman on commission, telling them the imported grasses are better than the Australian made.
You may not be aware but you can buy synthetic turf from China for about $8-10 per metre, you never know what you are going to get as there is no quality control and no standards for importing fake grass, you do not know how long it will last or if the yarn is contaminated with harmful toxins including lead, do you really want Lead in your turf heating up on a 45 deg day, I certainly wouldn’t.
That is why we consciously made a decision to only give our customers the best synthetic Turf available at extremely competitive pricing and our manufacturer, APTA’s highly regarded Industry reputation ensures we as the supplier and you as a consumer will have peace of mind when purchasing artificial grass for either DIY or if we do the installation for you.
To put it in a nutshell, if you go to Bali and buy a fake watch, you know it will be great to wear for a night out and for show but if it had to perform in the elements like water, you know you will be in trouble, it is the same with artificial turf, it might look like a great copy but what will happen in the harsh UV we have here, I know which path I would be choosing. Australian made does not always mean more expensive, plus saving a couple of hundred dollars and the product only looking good for a short time before it possibly fades, shrinks and the yarn starts falling out is a false economy and one that gives the industry a bad name.
All our synthetic grasses come with a 15 or life time warranty, our yarns are the latest technology with most being the CoolPlus yarn which is 30% cooler and Scientifically proven and certified by ISO (International Standards Organisation (AS/NZS ISO 9001:2008)
Summer Cool 30 which is from the CoolPlus range of Australian made synthetic grasses made using Australian APT yarns.
Why CoolPlus Yarn Technology is essential for when surface temperature is an issue
One of the big concerns is always ” Will the grass be too hot for the children to play on in the summer” All Seasons Synthetic Turf only ranges Australian made artificial turfs made using Australian APT yarns.
Most of our products are part of the CoolPlus range, which has been scientifically proven to be 30% cooler than other fake grasses, not only are these synthetic lawns extremely natural to look at, they are also soft underfoot.
All Seasons Synthetic Turfs range of fake lawns from the CoolPlus range

CoolPlus Technology– The secret behind this technology is infrared (IR) reflective pigment technology. IR radiation is a component of sunlight that causes molecular vibration, which translates into heat. The CoolPlus range of synthetic lawns, does not absorb IR radiation, meaning that the synthetic grass heats up slower than traditional synthetic grass, which leads to lower surface temperatures in direct sunlight.

If you are worried about the heat then why not install HydroChill infill
HydroChill Infill – Significantly reduces the surface temperature
How does HydroChill Infill keep artificial turf cool?
HydroChill works by using moisture or hydration to cool the surface of the grass. As the lawn is heated by the sun, moisture stored in the HydroChill is released and the evaporative moisture removes heat, leaving the surface cool.Rainfall, dew or reticulation can help keep the grass cool for days
Benefits of using HydroChill to reduce the temperature of your Synthetic Turf
HydroChill is UV resistant to prevent your lawn from fading and only requires UV treatment every two years for maximum effectiveness
HydroChill can be incorporated into all our synthetic lawns, and can even be applied to other existing artificial lawns with sand infill systems
HydroChill has successfully lowered temperatures 30 – 50 degree
HydroChill is a non-hazardous material with no risk of dangerous polymerization or chemical reactions No adverse health effects (eye, skin, ingestion, inhalation) expected under normal conditions
HydrChill Hydration activates the synthetic lawn cooling system and a hose can be used to simulate approximately ¼ inch of rainfall in the morning
HydroChill will not affect the durability or warranty of All Seasons Synthetic Turf products
HydroChill is the most impactful product for combating the harsh heat in Perth in the history of artificial grass. If you want a cool, comfortable fake grass in Western Australia that feels and looks great all year long, contact us to see if HydroChill is right for you.
Easy application for those with existing artificial grass
HydroChill is very easy to apply and easy to use! HydroChill is an infill product and can be applied to newly installed synthetic grass or existing fake lawn, the same as putting in your sand infill, just sprinkle on using a sand spreader or by hand and broom it in. Once hydrated it can last for days, slowly releasing moisture and cooling surface temperatures by 30-50 degrees.
HydroChill absorbs moisture so rainfall, dew or simple watering immediately resets the process and puts you in control. HydroChill means you can now have artificial grass in your back yard or sports arena, where before you were concerned about the heat. A simple re-hydration is all you need to keep your fake lawn cool, synthetic turf is a smart sustainable solution that is now better than ever.
